How do I know I can trust Clean and Green?
Each team comprises bonded, insured, licensed and uniformed housekeepers who are regularly supervised.
Do I provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. Every Clean and Green cleaning service crew comes prepared with all the cleaning supplies necessary. However, because Clean and Green is flexible, if requested and provided, we are happy to clean with your preferred products.
How do I pay for residential cleaning services?
Payments are due the day of your scheduled cleaning service. Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a check in the home, made payable to Clean and Green, however we also accept credit/debit cards.
What if my home cleaning falls on a holiday?
We call to reschedule for a more convenient time when house cleanings fall on holidays.
What happens if I need to reschedule my service?
Simply call 48 hours before your regularly scheduled home cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time. Without proper notice rescheduling our housekeepers can be more challenging which means we may charge for having to reassign your service team.
Am I liable for worker’s compensation, insurance or employment taxes?
We take care of personal liability with regard to work-related injury and social security taxes. Some independent services may not, which makes homeowners liable. With Clean and Green we are fully insured, licensed and bonded for your protection and ours.
What if something is damaged during a home cleaning?
We treat your home with care and respect. If something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace that item. we are fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.
What should I do before a home cleaning service?
To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to a visit from our teams.
Do I have to be home during house cleanings?
Because we clean Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. most of our customers aren’t home but the vast majority trust Clean and Green with the key to their home. For additional security, all house keys are individually labeled and kept locked. This also ensures only your regular professional cleaning team has access during a home cleaning. Should you choose not to provide a key, and aren’t home when house cleaners arrive, a lock out fee may apply.
What time does the service team arrive?
We can’t guarantee what time our team will arrive because each home gets the attention it deserves and not a pre-determined amount of time. Still, most homes fall easily into regularly scheduled cleaning windows between 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday – Friday. If for any reason you require a more precise time of arrival, we will work with you for a convenient solution.

We offer cleaning services to, but not limited to.. Clark County Washington and Portland Oregon, including Vancouver, Salmon Creek, Felida, Hazel Dell, Washougal, Camas, Ridgefield, Battleground, Beaverton, and Hillsboro.
